Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our Blue Flame team. We are a full-service residential heating & air conditioning contractor located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. As an Installer with us, you will maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair ventilation, heating,and air conditioning systems used in residential settings. We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

Responsibilities
Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems
Install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems
Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper
Qualifications What do you need
At least 3 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned
Working knowledge of local inspection codes
EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
Willingness to work weekends when necessary
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
