Responsibilities Noblis is seeking to hire a Machine Learning (ML) Ops Engineer

with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Chantilly, VA.

As an experienced ML Ops Engineer/Data Scientist with our team, you will be working with our federal clients to rapidly develop innovative solutions for their mission challenges with a focus on developing ML models. In your role, you will work on teams with other data scientists, software developers, and SMEs to apply the best practices and state‑of‑the‑art data science and machine learning processes. As a data scientist you will be working alongside cyber analysts to provide them services that develop AI/ML models on cyber data to facilitate object detection, data triage, search/optimization, inference, behavior detection, and automated discovery and decision making, maintaining model versioning systems and identifying new vulnerabilities in models. We are seeking someone with experience supporting the Intel Community (IC) who also has cyber‑security hands‑on experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Experience working with Cyber data, including examples such as Shodan, Censys.IO, etc.

Experience working professionally in a Data Science or Development environment within the IC space(s).

Experience creating, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML Models.

Experience developing and applying advanced machine learning methods including clustering, regression, optimization, recommender engines, and artificial neural networks.

Experience with testing and tuning ML Models.

Deploying models into existing tools or applications.

Performing automated tests (e.g., experience using PyTest).

Experience with developing and deploying resources to cloud environments.

Experience working in Linux and Windows environments and managing resources for efficiency.

Junior‑Level:

1‑2 years of professional work experience. Compensation: $88,500 – $138,300

Mid‑Level:

2‑4 years of professional work experience. Compensation: $88,500 – $167,325

Senior‑Level:

3‑5 years of professional work experience. Compensation: $107,100 – $167,325

Expert‑Level:

5+ years of professional work experience. Compensation: $129,700 – $202,675

Required Technologies: Python

PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit‑Learn

Experience using CUDA and NVIDIA GPU accelerated libraries

ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Full Scope Polygraph

Able to work on‑site in Chantilly, VA

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with cleaning, managing, and optimizing performance of large volumes of data.

Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, time‑series forecasting, geospatial analytics, and parallel processing (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)

Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, and contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full‑time status. For part‑time or on‑call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range USD $88,500.00 – USD $202,675.00 /Yr.
