Position Overview: As a .NET Maui Mobile Engineer, you will focus on designing, implementing, and validating UI/UX-centric solutions using
.Net Maui, Android(Kotlin) , and
iOS (Swift) . You will provide technical guidance on design standards, code quality, and best practices for building modern mobile experiences. Your contributions will span across the development lifecycle, from architecture through delivery. We are looking for individuals who can: Understand and influence design and technical architecture Apply strong knowledge of mobile application design standards Thrive in Agile or other modern software development environments Manage complex, multi-phase, and multi-project delivery models Serve as consultative partners to both internal teams and clients Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years experience building .NET solutions 2+ years of experience with Xamarin or .NET Maui Understanding of the Ios PList and Android Manifest Files Experience with mobile storage, threading and performance tuning Familiarity with tools and libraries in the .NET Maui EcoSystem Strong UI design skills for mobile applications Adherence to standard UI coding best practices Proficient with testing frameworks compatible with Xamarin or Maui Experience with REST APIs and API Integrations Preferred Experience: Experience building native Android (Java/Kotlin) or native iOS (Swift) apps Proficiency with JSON, XML Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or TFS Full-stack development with technologies like .NET, .NET Core, Java/Spring, Node.js, or Blazor.NET CI/CD pipeline implementation and test deployments Understanding of authentication and security protocols for web and mobile apps Responsive web design and mobile testing experience Experience handling PII data Experience with mobile app publishing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at RBA: RBA is committed to creating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
