The candidate will complete detailed documentation of food labs after assessment visits and also provide additional learning resources to support food labs. On a broader scale, the candidate will assist team members occasionally with extension program efforts focused on consumer food safety. Attend non-revenue generating sporting events for free. Work Schedule 10-15 hrs per week between Monday Friday (8am5pm) Other Work/Responsibilities n/a Relevant Masters degree, or Relevant Bachelors and 3 or more years of relevant experience, relevant independent experience and education Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with visiting and accessing food labs for safety and sanitation Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
