Responsibilities
Lead and oversee field crews throughout all phases of water tank rehabilitation, including surface preparation, coating, welding, and structural repairs
Review project blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work to plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
Conduct and document daily safety and production meetings to communicate goals, ensure compliance, and maintain team alignment
Enforce company and OSHA safety policies, conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), and ensure all work meets environmental and regulatory requirements
Oversee coating preparation and application in compliance with SSPC, NACE, and AWWA standards, ensuring welds and structural repairs meet quality specifications
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, test results, and progress updates
Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, vendors, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure project milestones are achieved and quality standards maintained
Manage and mentor field personnel, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Oversee equipment and material logistics, including mobilization, demobilization, inspection, and maintenance
Serve as the on-site company representative, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing issues, and supporting project closeout
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance field efficiency, safety, and quality

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in water tank rehabilitation, industrial coatings, or a related field
Working knowledge of AWWA, NACE, and OSHA standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and maintain safety and quality standards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide
