Key Job Details – Augusta Healthcare Jobs Location: Augusta, GA 30901 Assignment Length: 14 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/16/2026) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1770 - $1820 Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (06:45 – 19:15) Hours per Week: 36 Setting: Labor and Delivery Operating Room (OBGYN, Robotics, Urology focus) Call Requirement: 1 week per schedule period Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Charting System: Epic (required) Scrub Color: Provided by facility Floating: Rare, may float to Main OR if needed Holiday Coverage: Must be available for major holidays during assignment Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience Active Georgia or Compact RN license (required at submission) BLS and ACLS certifications (required) NRP certification (required for night shift) Proficiency with Epic charting system Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations Ability to submit core items and schedule labs within 48 hours of contract signing Full compliance required prior to start date Two supervisory references preferred OR RN Responsibilities Deliver perioperative nursing care in a 4-room Labor and Delivery OR, managing up to 15 surgical cases daily Circulate and assist with OBGYN, robotic, and urology procedures Document patient care using Epic and manage medications with Pyxis Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Float to Main OR as needed Participate in call rotation and work every other weekend Comply with facility policies for holiday coverage and time off Why Choose Augusta, GA for Your Nursing Career?
