Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Job Details: • Perform assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of patient care within scope of practice • Provide patient education according to individual needs • Transcribe, utilize and implement protocols and physician orders • Coordinate healthcare team and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel • Must have current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Nursing • Current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must obtain within 60 days of hire • Current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required or must obtain within six months of hire if taking call or administering conscious sedation • CNOR Certification preferred • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required • Previous hospital experience preferred • Must complete annual yearly required CEUs • Excellent customer service skills with friendly, professional attitude required • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision • Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical accountability Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services to the community with a focus on surgical care and operating room services.
