YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and drive the Workstream preparation and analysis of the annual Incurred Cost Proposals and unallowable reviews pertaining to final claimed cost for CAES/EDS Home Office and segments, along with annual forward pricing rate proposals. Supervise and drive the preparation of regular Rate Monitorship Reports, including variance analysis, data analytics and trending. Primary interface with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) and DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency), regarding Business Systems, CAS, Incurred Cost, Forward Pricing and final voucher audits. Support of cost accounting change language related to segment disclosure statements and the analysis of cost impacts as required by the CAS. Supports Government Compliance and Finance matters cross functionally, reinforcing awareness through training, preparing white papers, testing internal controls, while driving HOS sustainment. Qualifications
HOW TO SUCCEED MINIMUM: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years overall finance experience. Minimum of 5 years of expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR Supplements, USG contracts, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as applied to forward pricing. 5+ years of audit experience or exposure. 5+ years of experience in cost accounting. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance. PREFERRED: Strong SAP experience. High attention to detail. Strong personal computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Strong financial and business analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent, self-starter, with a strong work ethic, high degree of motivation and the ability to contribute to a positive team attitude. Strong bias for action; results oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and team across organizational or functional boundaries. CPA and/or Government Contract Accounting considered a plus. Experience with FAR, CAS and U.S. Government Compliance is desired. Six Sigma certified or trained preferred. $118,000/year to $176,000/year. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
