As an IT and Digital Product Owner III, you are our user experience champion. In this role, you'll provide technical and functional input to design, maintain, build, integrate, and test complex software components. You will use your innovative mindset, effective communication skills and desire to do better by constantly creating and improving the Frost user experience. You believe in servant leadership and will work with development teams to optimize workflow and deliver top-quality products on time. Lead product ownership team in executing complex roadmaps, interpreting requirements, and writing user stories to guide modernization of legacy .NET applications and overseeing their transformation to Microsoft Power Platform development within applications. Guide and coordinate technical migration efforts from SharePoint 2019 on prem to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with enterprise governance standards. Collaborate with the development team, architects, and business stakeholders to define and iterate the product based on the strategy. Provide insight and direction for technical product strategy across the M365 ecosystem, influencing design decisions and platform adoption roadmaps. Ensure development team workflow is optimized so that product is delivered in a timely manner. Resolve and prevent against future issues in the development process to ensure requirements are met. Partner with product manager by socializing solutions and seeking feedback to help meet deliverables. Provide guidance and leadership to other Product Owners across the enterprise. Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of experience in product ownership or product management. 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space. Experience in product ownership, product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or a related field. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities. Relevant experience in banking, finance, or in a related product area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft computer applications. Additional Preferred Skills: Master's degree in Business, Finance, or in a related field. Experience leading modernization or digital transformation initiatives that migrate legacy applications to scalable, low-code, or cloud-based architectures. Strong understanding of enterprise data management, including governance, classification, and access control principles. Proven ability to partner with technical teams to define solution architecture, integrations, and performance considerations for modern application platforms. Demonstrated skill in evaluating emerging technologies and providing recommendations for platform direction and adoption. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms to facilitate stakeholder understanding and alignment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Demonstrated leadership in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. Professional certifications in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP) preferred.
