Autumn House Williamsburg is hiring a Business Office Manager / HR Manager. Autumn House is a Cardinal Senior Living facility located at 4354 Mount Hope Rd, Williamsburg, MI 49690. Were looking for a Business Office Manager to lead the administrative, financial, and human resource functions that keep our community running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare administration, senior living, or office management who wants to make an impact in the lives of residents and staff alike.
Responsibilities
Oversee core operational areas, including financial management, human resources, and administrative oversight. Financial Management
Manage monthly resident rent invoicing, billing, collections, and accounts receivable (A/R) Coordinate private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance verification processes Track census changes and ensure accurate financial reporting and billing updates using PointClickCare (PCC) or similar systems Human Resources & Employee Support
Facilitate new hire onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration Maintain complete and compliant employee records Partner with department leads on performance documentation and team support Ensure training records stay current and compliant Administrative & Operational Oversight
Coordinate office management, supply ordering, vendor relationships, and medical records Support admissions coordination and work closely with leadership on level-of-care transitions Requirements
1+ years in a billing, HR, or administrative operations role (senior care or healthcare setting preferred) Experience with systems like PointClickCare (PCC), Paycor, Yardi, or MatrixCare Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment in working with families and staff Knowledge of HIPAA, long-term care regulations, and healthcare industry best practices Why Cardinal?
