Drive the development and execution of FST's global sustainability strategy in alignment with corporate goals in the affected region. Design and implement regional sustainability strategies tailored to local regulatory environments, market conditions, and operational needs. Drive the rollout of sustainability programs in North America, including energy efficiency initiatives, decarbonization projects, and stakeholder engagement. Identify and evaluate innovative technologies and process improvements to reduce environmental impact. Support sites in developing and executing their carbon neutrality roadmaps, providing guidance and best practices. Monitor, analyze, and report sustainability KPIs (e.g. carbon footprint, energy usage, waste reduction). Build and lead cross-functional regional teams and internal networks to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Represent FST in external sustainability forums, partnerships, and with regulatory bodies. Prepare strategic recommendations and decision-making documents for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with regional environmental standards and reporting frameworks. Cross functional task work in Health and Safety processes of FST. Inclusion of the energy management standard IS0 50001 in the integrated management system of FST. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in sustainability or HSE discipline with sustainability responsibility. Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programs. Experience in energy management, carbon accounting, and environmental compliance. Cross functional knowledge of QHSE topics a plus. Experience in leading teams and managing projects. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel 30% domestic & international to support site-level initiatives, engage with local teams, and oversee program implementation.
