Rivian is seeking a dynamic and proactive Workplace Operations Specialist to lead and manage all workplace operations and facilities services at our new Atlanta, GA office. As Rivian's first Workplace facility in Atlanta, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience from the ground up. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing multiple projects, and serving as the primary liaison between facilities and all departmental stakeholders at the site. We are seeking a versatile professional capable of managing a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Responsibilities

Lead Site Operations: Enthusiastically lead and execute all site operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment. Space Management: Collaborate with on-site teams and stakeholders to assess current space utilization and identify future needs, informing the site master plan. Manage seating assignments and consolidate space requirements. Partner with end-users, real estate, design, construction, and other support teams to execute the master plan, including maintaining office blocking plans and headcount forecasting. Services Management: Manage and support on-site operations for culinary, janitorial, security, logistics, events, and other workplace services, including comprehensive vendor management. Cross-Functional Partnership: Effectively partner with various departments to create a great workplace. Project Leadership: Lead workplace projects by defining scopes of work, developing strategic plans, gathering stakeholder input, and collaborating with the Workplace Development team for execution. Budget Oversight: Manage annual operating expenditure and capital budgets for the Operations team. Asset Management: Track and manage all Facilities and Workplace assets. Event Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all on-site events. Workplace Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve Rivian's workspace, services, processes, and programs to consistently align with company priorities and employee needs, fostering a great place to work. Qualifications

Proven experience in project management. 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and workplace services. 2-3 years of project management experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Slack, and a range of information technology tools and platforms. A customer service-oriented personality with a positive and enthusiastic approach to the workplace. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. An adaptive mindset, open to refining practices for optimal results. A strong desire for continuous improvement and innovation in the workplace. Pay and Benefits

Salary Range for Atlanta, GA based applicants:

$89,900 - $112,400 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law). Benefits Summary:

Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26.
