As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunities to learn and grow. Primary Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining contact lists. Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses. Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones by educating them on SERVPRO’s services. Compile and maintain decision-maker information and identify "Target 25" prospects. Engage with multi-family, hotel, hospital, and other commercial clients. Provide owners and sales/marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments). Increase sales territory revenue by achieving and exceeding goals. Position Requirements
At least two years of business-to-business sales experience. Proven sales and marketing success within the service sector. Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven attitude. Experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred. Knowledge of current business software technologies. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience. Ability to pass a background check as per applicable law. All employees are hired, employed, and supervised by an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise. They are not employed by or agents of Servpro Franchisor, LLC. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Commission Education: High school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 2+ years in business-to-business sales. Ability to commute to Daniel Island, SC 29492 (preferred). Additional Details
