AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Test Engineering and Analysis Services contract in the Las Cruces and White Sands Missile Range, NM area. Education: Associates Degree Months/Years of Experience: Five (5) years in related field. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must have a DoD security clearance. Must be very familiar with Army Program ERPs, MS Office applications and SharePoint information management. Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with documented experience and program subject matter expertise. Skills Needed: Ability to use ERP systems to collect and evaluate data and develop strategies to improve the program's performance. Excellent computer skills and strong critical thinking capabilities. Experience with common software tools and database applications also preferred. Duties: This job requires program support through creating and maintaining budgets, monitoring and analyzing program performance; provides recommendations on program improvements for military operations. Analyzes project requirements in the areas of business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements. This job is one where the incumbent must make things happen with initiative and a great customer service attitude. You will work directly with the Army customer and other organizations to plan, budget, execute requirements and you will perform other tasks needed related to support for testing and fielding equipment to operational units. Performs other related analyst/management activities required for successful completion of project tasks. Assists with audits, studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency models, and project tracking methodologies to ensure the success of assigned project tasks. Conducts work simplification and measurement studies and prepares analysis reports to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Works with technical staff and system owners/users to analyze processes and develop recommendations for improvements, documents test results, and recommendations for fault correction; develops effective implementation plans for new processes. Provides support for critical operations related to Comptroller Functions, Army Acquisition, Army ERP training and implementation, and Army ERP role mapping. Demonstrated experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events, and project tracking. Work on emerging and Future DoD and other Weapons Systems for the Army. Interacting with coalition, allied militaries, and other guests at WSMR. Comments: Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment. This position is contingent upon funding.
