Administer all aspects of the food and beverage department at food and beverage facilities Scheduling weekly work schedules and assigning work areas to all food and beverage staff Interviewing and hiring new employees Coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other restaurant teams in the preparation, organization, and execution of menus and other related activities Resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction in all food and beverage outlets Working with Security and MODs assisting with casino operations Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainment as well as all casino activities Upholds all health department policies and procedures Requisitions food and beverage items from the warehouse accurate and timely manner Inspects food and beverage facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order, submitting reports and calls for repairs, maintenance, and safety Supervise staff on shift and ensure proper staffing levels Maintaining knowledge of up-and-coming food and beverage trends Maintain the pars of all food and beverage products Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting Skills, Education and Other Requirements

Must be fluent in English and possess basic math skills Must have good communication skills Must have knowledge of bar product (liquor, wine and beer) A bar school graduate, similar institution, or equivalent work experience Previous experience in high-volume bar or club 2 yrs. supervisor/managerial experience in the bar or club industry Maintain valid TIPS certification or obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of hire Valid Colorado Support Gaming license required Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Dont want to drive to Black Hawk?
