Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Las Vegas, NV
Position Overview
Type: Full-Time, Permanent Setting: Level III NICU - High-acuity, 72-bed unit Team: 13 Neonatologists & 12 APPs (NNPs/PAs) Average Daily Census: 60 patients Patient Population: Critically ill neonates, including ELBW infants Not Accepting: Locums or visa candidates Clinical Responsibilities
Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-volume, collaborative NICU Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams Perform and manage: Neonatal ECMO Jet and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) Whole-body cooling for HIE Coordinate care with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists Work closely with teams in PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER Licensure & Qualifications
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License - Active NV License Required Board Certification (NNP) - Required Experience with high-acuity neonates - Strongly Preferred Compensation & Benefits
