Reporting to Sr. Manager Global Logistics, you will be responsible for analyzing existing transportation network to identify inefficiencies, costing concerns and transit delays; creating and implementing strategies to improve network performance; working in a cross-functional team with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics for best outcomes.

Participate in Global RFP (Request for Proposal), analyze freight cost, and identify cost saving opportunities, support RFP implementation Resolve TMS (Transportation Management System) incidents and manage change requests in collaboration with IT partners Act as liaison between logistics service providers, plant Logistics and finance teams to support timely and correct freight invoice payment, resolving discrepancies in billing and payment exceptions Support SAP integration projects, lead TMS implementation for new locations Monthly key performance indicator reports, monitor carriers' performance, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Provide TMS training to the identified users in the business units and ensure accurate maintenance of TMS master data Supervise, guide, and support direct reports Perform additional duties as assigned. About you:
Bachelor or university degree, preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 5 to 7 years’ experience in transportation/ logistics area In-depth knowledge of transportation and freight management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication in both Mandarin and English High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with SAP and Power BI (preferred) Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
