Program Associate

Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Associate to join our growing team based in either Chicago, IL or Madison, WI. As a Program Associate with Resource Innovations, you will provide vital administrative support for several residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest. You will perform a range of tasks to support the programs in achieving energy savings goals using program systems and procedures to assess project eligibility, track and report project milestones, and process project data. The Program Associate will also support new initiatives, lead customer and contractor communications when needed, and assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and other internal projects as needed. Strong communication and time management skills with experience coordinating multiple high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines are required. Additionally, successful candidates will be adaptable to change and proactive in developing new solutions and processes to drive efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately responds to requests and inquiries from program participants, contractors, and clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer and client service. Prepares weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes, ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation. Support outreach efforts to program customers, contractors, and community-based organizations as needed. Coordinates with internal support and cross functional teams including Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing. Works with team to identify opportunities to improve program tools and processes assisting program teams with process optimization. Participates in team meetings to provide updates and address action items. Manages data and uses database system(s) to track project details, milestones, and deliverables. Ensures adherence to internal and system protocols using RI systems, documents, and tools. Complies and reviews project documentation, ensuring data integrity and quality control of systems and processes. Assists program teams in collecting missing data. Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate and recommends strategies to address issues. Tracks multiple tasks and project deadlines and alerts managers in advance of conflicts. Other duties as assigned.
