Clinical & Dental Lab Director to work in Nicholasville, KY: Oversee daily laboratory operations. Supervise and coordinate in-lab workflow for removable, fixed, and implant-supported restorations. Provide quality control for all incoming and outgoing dental cases. Track inventory, order dental materials, and ensure full lab readiness. Implement and maintain efficient digital workflows and protocols. Assist with AllonX, hybrid prosthetics, and esthetic full-arch solutions. Use digital Dentistry and CAD/CAM Workflow. Design and model using ExoCAD, including advanced implant and full-arch cases. Integrate digital impressions, designing, 3D printing, and milling in-house. Customize CAM strategies and optimize toolpaths for zirconia, PMMA, and hybrid materials. Manage cross-functional communication between doctors and lab team. Maintain high standards of esthetics, functionality, and precision in prosthetic design and manufacturing. Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure accurate preparation, tracking, and processing of clinical cases. Develop and implement internal protocols and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to support consistent quality and continuous process improvement. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include oversee daily laboratory operations; supervise and coordinate in-lab workflow for removable, fixed, and implant-supported restorations; provide quality control for all incoming and outgoing dental cases; track inventory, order dental materials, and ensure full lab readiness; implement and maintain efficient digital workflows and protocols; use digital Dentistry and CAD/CAM Workflow; design and model using ExoCAD including advanced implant and full-arch cases; integrate digital impressions, designing, 3D printing, and milling in-house; manage cross-functional communication between doctors and lab team.
