Customer Business Manager

to lead customer-specific sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in CPG sales, customer engagement, and broker management. Must currently reside in Arizona or Southern California. Company

Drive profitable volume growth through distribution expansion, new product platforms, and trade promotion optimization using tools such as Trade, Marketing, Digital, and IFR. Identify and pursue new opportunities within accounts, presenting innovative ideas and solutions to customers. Ensure flawless execution of approved business plans at the customer HQ level. Customize and deliver impactful presentations using customer-specific data and insights. Serve as the primary contact for all private label initiatives, managing timelines and touchpoints. Lead, coach, and manage the broker community to increase brand visibility and ensure alignment with LOF strategy. Create annualized trade and marketing plans aligned with LOF objectives and Joint Business Plans (JBP). Translate customer plans into broker and store-level strategies to improve merchandising and distribution. Deliver accurate forecasts and timely reporting via scorecards. About YOU

Minimum 4 years in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce, PX, and Nielsen/Circana tools. Drive for Results Relationship Building Strong written and verbal communication; strategic selling expertise. Open to 35%-40% day/overnight travel. Seniority level
