Shoals Technologies Group . **Description** The Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) Analyst will help create and implement the new work order process, manage change, and sustain the new process. The B.O.M. Analyst will oversee BOM integrity and GP systems setup while liaising between the Integration and Procurement Departments. **Responsibilities**
Create a plan to transition from manual paper work orders to electronic system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for the new electronic work order system. Develop and manage change management and communication plans for system implementation. Make decisions on system and process changes. Train users on the new process at go-live. Create and manage work instructions for the electronic work order process. Input BOM data for manufacturing parts based on the latest drawings/revisions. Review inventory components to ensure sufficient quantities. Provide final work orders to operations for scheduling and distribution. Train new employees and resolve related issues. **Qualifications**
Minimum 5 years of systems experience in manufacturing. Minimum 5 years of experience with Great Plains software. College Degree preferred; high school diploma required. Knowledge of automated or computerized systems.
