market. We’re hiring a
Business Development Manager
to drive growth and build strong client partnerships across the
Southern California commercial construction market . This role is based out of our
LA-area office in Garden Grove
and requires regular travel throughout SoCal (70–80% Travel). About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for our
STRUCTURAL
business line, you’ll bring industry-leading solutions in
structural concrete repair, strengthening, historic restoration, waterproofing, and corrosion control
to market. You'll work closely with our in-house Technologies and Operations teams to craft tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial owners, engineers, and contractors. What You’ll Do
Build and expand relationships with
owners, engineers, architects, and general contractors
across SoCal Actively engage in
sales meetings, calls, industry events, lunch & learns, and trade shows Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to close Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver custom proposals and technical solutions Maintain and grow key accounts while identifying new opportunities Use CRM tools to track activity, progress, and pipeline Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals What You Bring
5+ years of
B2B sales experience , ideally in the
specialty construction ,
restoration , or
commercial/industrial markets Strong network and knowledge of the
Southern California AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction)
landscape Proven track record of
meeting/exceeding sales quotas Experience navigating complex sales cycles and contract values Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency with CRM tools Bonus if you have a background in construction, repair, or restoration Why Join Us?
