Assistant Community Manager Location: Haddon Hall & Avion View - 3418 Reading Road; Cincinnati, OH 45229 Job Type: Full Time Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr. Executing various administrative functions including but not limited to: Performing unit inspections Assist with move out documentation Walk vacant units Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders Processing all accounts payable documentation Preparation and distribution of various community notices Perform other related duties as assigned What Were Looking For

Candidates should ensure the following criteria are met: Experience: 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience. Education: High School diploma, or associates degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate. Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Resident Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents. Operational Excellence: Youre deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality. Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
