Interested in joining us on our journey? The Director of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a visionary leader responsible for aligning IT architecture with enterprise goals. This role focuses on functional alignment with business units, strategic planning across IT and operations, and governance over emerging technologies including Generative AI. The Director will guide architecture design, ensure platform and enterprise governance, and lead initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership. Strong experience with strategic planning, functional alignment, and governing emerging technologies. Working knowledge of AI/ML, including hands-on with NLP platforms and GenAI tools. TOGAF Certified and familiarity with architecture platforms, DevOps tooling, and cloud-native services. Experience creating AI governance policies and aligning with compliance and security standards. Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture teams in complex enterprise environments.
