Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Tasks include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Responsibilities may include inventory management, daily maintenance, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety.
Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments, is preferred. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate restaurants.
