The Director of Corporate FP&A is a key finance leader responsible for driving strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis across all corporate departments. This role partners closely with senior leadership to manage overhead expenses, forecast cash flow, optimize resource allocation, and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and support the company's long-term growth strategy. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the executive team, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, enhance corporate efficiency, and contribute to the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving performance through analytics and insight. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Leading the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets. Developing and maintaining robust financial models to support strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis. Providing timely, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform operational and strategic decisions. Monitoring and analyzing corporate overhead and SG&A trends, identifying cost optimization opportunities and process efficiencies. Driving automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting speed. Partnering with accounting and treasury to ensure consistency and transparency in financial reporting. Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses to executive management and key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements. Mentoring and developing the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement. About you: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Deep understanding of cash flow management, expense analysis, and strategic financial planning. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex financial information with clarity and impact. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling FP&A capabilities. Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis. Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday). Strong command of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to translate data into actionable insights.
