Finance Director

We are seeking a dynamic

Finance Director

to lead the

Global Operations FP&A and Support functions . This role is responsible for consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across our global manufacturing and distribution network. It also oversees financial management for key support functions including Quality, Procurement, and Facilities, and coordinates Capital Expenditure (CapEx) planning and reporting as well as our standard cost roll processes. This position plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Responsibilities

Lead

financial reporting ,

forecasting , and

analysis

for Global Operations, delivering timely and insightful reporting and planning aligned with strategic and operational goals. Provide financial oversight and support for

Quality ,

Procurement , and

Facilities Coordinate and consolidate

CapEx reporting and forecasting

across the Global Operations' network. Coordinate the annual

standard cost roll process

across Global Operations Deliver executive-level presentations and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Develop and implement

standardized financial processes

to drive efficiency and consistency globally. Support the development and tracking of financial and non-financial KPIs for scorecards and dashboards. Monitor business trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with Global Operations leadership and cross-functional teams. Represent Global Operations Finance in support of ad-hoc projects and initiatives (as needed) Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulations. Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;

MBA preferred . 12+ years

of progressive finance experience, with a background in manufacturing and global operations. Demonstrated experience in

FP&A

within a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Proven ability to thrive in a

fast-paced ,

matrixed , and

global Preferred Skills: Proficiency with

ERP systems

(e.g.,

SAP,

Oracle) and financial modeling / planning tools. Experience in

global FP&A consolidation

and

coordination . Strong understanding of

supply chain/manufacturing finance

and operational KPIs. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
