Internship Program give students real-world exposure to one of the world's leading fashion and apparel companies. Our 8-week Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you. In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally. NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require Company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. Candidates who require such visa sponsorship will not be considered. For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed inside the United States, not in a foreign country. About the Job:

Participate in important strategy organization and market leadership meetings

Highlight and implement ways to foster innovation within the company

Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor performance and consumer preferences

Provide insights and support to executives across the company on work streams

Develop a growth strategy for one of Levi's priorities. Potential examples include new consumer experiences, social shopping and recommerce

Conduct analytics around consumer behaviors, industry trends, competitive environment, opportunity sizing and ways-of-working to increase speed to market

Partner with senior executives across departments including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Innovation

Outline strategic framework and materials to socialize with organization

Develop expertise on retail industry and consumer experience

Perform ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform our strategies, using insights throughout the business and marketplace (consumer, market, competitive, brand, channel)

About You :

Must have a bachelor's degree

Must be enrolled in an accredited graduate program

Expected Graduation date Spring 2027

Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization

Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge

Knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Photoshop and other editing tools, Google Play and Apple App Store functionality. Knowledge of different CRM tools is a benefit

Additional Information:

Salary: $55/Hour for Graduate

Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
