Job Summary: The Director of Workforce Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategic workforce initiatives that align with Compass Group's business goals. This role requires a proactive leader with strong managerial experience, capable of driving innovation, managing key stakeholder relationships, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Director will champion new approaches to workforce management, labor optimization, and operational efficiency, while communicating impact to senior leadership. Responsibilities: Align Workforce Management programs to key business initiatives and priorities with sector leadership. Initiate and lead strategic workforce projects from concept through execution. Foster collaboration, talent development, and strategic alignment across workforce strategy and supporting teams to drive enterprise goals. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across workforce operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of workforce initiatives. Use data insights to identify key strategic opportunities that drive impact with labor savings and process improvement. Pilot new tools, applications, and processes, and evaluate them for viability and scalability. Communicate initiative progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, operations, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven ability to launch and scale workforce initiatives. Strong leadership and change management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply workforce analytics. Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
