Senior Front-End Engineer

We are seeking a senior front-end engineer with deep expertise in Angular to join our customer portals team. This role is focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features that meet business and technical requirements. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain customer-facing portal applications using Angular and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to define and implement detailed application requirements Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets production standards Ensure code quality through unit testing and regression testing Participate in agile ceremonies and peer code reviews Tech stack: Angular (modern versions) TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS RxJS, NGRX GraphQL, RESTful microservice architecture Preferred tools & experience: Postman, Chrome developer console, TestRails Data analysis and browser debugging Mobile development experience Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience (6+ years preferred) Strong proficiency in Angular (required) Recent roles must demonstrate front-end focus Experience with RxJS, NGRX/Flux, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs Familiarity with other modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React) is a plus Proven ability to design, implement, debug, and deploy front-end applications Team environment: Collaborate with three dedicated QA teams Work primarily with onshore development teams, with some offshore coordination Apex systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
