Froedtert Health This role ensures that proper change management practices are implemented and followed for IT Applications and technology updates, including break‑fix, customer requests for enhancements, software and hardware maintenance, and monitoring of tickets. Additionally, the DevOps Analyst may independently handle technical tasks such as application security, application install, archiving/decommissioning of legacy applications, server certificate management, and application upgrade. Interaction with vendors directly or via support portals to plan and coordinate data copies between environments and monthly or yearly application patches per established schedule is required. 1st shift 8 am to 5 pm CST Experience Description

Minimum of two years of related work experience Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience working with developers and analysts in a team environment Highly prefer experience in ITIL/ITSM practices and tools Education Description

Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelor’s degree or related work experience Prefer a bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology Special Skills Description

Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and improve Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision Ability to prioritize and execute in high‑pressure situations Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Pay is expected to be between: $28.42–$48.62 hourly. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
