About the Role The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Head of Demand Generation to spearhead its marketing-qualified lead engine, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire marketing funnel, from creating awareness to acquisition, and must be adept at data-driven execution across various channels, including SEO, paid media, and partner marketing. This role demands a leader who can manage content strategy, advertising spend, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics to ensure that growth initiatives deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Demand Generation include developing and executing a keyword-driven content strategy for SEO, overseeing the production of optimized content, and continuously improving search visibility and on-page SEO performance. The role also involves owning all paid media campaigns, from search to social, and optimizing them for efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in integration, e-commerce, or supply chain technology, and must be proficient in HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical and operational skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively. The Head of Demand Generation will be expected to meet key goals and metrics, including increasing MQL volume, achieving target CAC/payback ratios, and driving SEO traffic growth in target verticals.
