Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating dysphagia, speech-language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations. In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Mentorship and in-person continuing education courses Race fee reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your responsibilities as a Speech-Language Pathologist include: Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return to previous level of functioning and successful return to community Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Qualifications: Graduate of a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association Pay Range 93,000 - 133,000 per year Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
