Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and propel business growth. Build and leverage existing client relationships to expand Centric’s footprint within the account. Proactively find and establish new client relationships aligned with Centric’s growth strategies. Become a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and crafting tailored consulting solutions that deliver value. Cultivate, manage, and interface with client personnel at all levels to build long-term relationships. Qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs, quantifying issues, and determining the client’s budget and decision process. Work with Centric Leadership to determine pursuit teams and approaches, and oversee proposal creation for new opportunities. Manage all stages of the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, with strong communication and team leadership. Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Recruiting, Delivery) to develop long-range strategies and near-term plans aligned with Centric’s mission. Provide accurate forecasts and feedback to sales management and recruiters. Collaborate with service offering leads and team members to present a cohesive sales message and approach. Who You Are
Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience selling solution-based services with a track record of exceeding targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to connect with C-level executives as a trusted advisor. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives independently and in teams. Proficient in a CRM system for managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities. Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and self-motivation. Familiarity with the Columbus Metro Region and the ability to leverage your network for local business development. Ability to deliver inspirational client-facing presentations with adaptability. Strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative, team-driven environment. Experience leading and developing client relationships, exceeding expectations, and collaborating with teams on innovative solutions.
