Position:
We are seeking an experienced roofer who is reliable, hardworking, and skilled in multiple roofing systems. The most important qualification for this role is hands-on experience with flat roofing, specifically metal and TPO systems. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and with a team, performing repairs and installations safely and efficiently.
Pay:
Starting at $35/hour
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and installations on various roofing systems.
Handle flat roofing work .
Diagnose and repair leaks and storm damage.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of roofing experience (flat roofing experience required).
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely at heights.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
