This Pre-Construction Manager role is vital to our continued expansion in Commercial Construction, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier projects. We look for individuals who demonstrate efficiency, pride in their work, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in commercial construction of all types Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W) Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products Client relationship management experience
