Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary: You will be the leader of our roofing crews, responsible for the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:
Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles). Roof maintenance and repairs. Perform work according to job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interactions with all customers. Manage the roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training crew members. Track inventory and file daily reports.
Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements:
3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews. Experience with various commercial roofing systems is ideal. A valid driver's license. Initiative, integrity, and adaptability. Ability to climb ladders, bend, climb, and kneel regularly. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Ability to work at heights and in different weather conditions. Pass pre-employment screening.
Working Conditions:
Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature. Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds. Local travel up to 2 hours away.

Capacidad para trabajar en alturas y en diferentes condiciones climáticas. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva con clientes, supervisores y compañeros. Iniciativa, integridad y adaptabilidad. Experiencia en tecnología.
