Corvina Product Specialist
who combines
technical expertise
with a
go-to-market mindset
to accelerate the adoption of
Corvina , Exors IIoT and remote access platform, across North America. Corvina allows users to remotely monitor, control, and manage industrial assets via secure VPNs, edge nodes, dashboards, and centralized user and device management. It is purpose-built for the industrial sector, enabling smart machine connectivity, simplified OT/IT integration, and remote service capabilities. This hybrid role goes beyond technical supportacting as a
pre-sales enabler ,
product advocate , and
strategic advisor
to the sales network, partners, and customers. Success in this role will be measured by both technical support effectiveness and tangible impact on
market penetration and platform adoption . Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for
Corvina Cloud and Edge
platforms, including secure remote access, user/device management, data visualization, and integration features. Manage the
technical support ticket queue
related to Corvina products: Triage, investigate, and resolve customer issues Provide timely updates, documentation, and resolutions Provide
on-site technical support , system setup, and training for customers and partners as needed (3060% travel). Collaborate with the
global Corvina engineering and development teams
to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements. Guide customers through
platform onboarding, configuration, and best practices . Document frequent issues and contribute to the
knowledge base / help center . Work with product management to
test new Corvina features , report bugs, and validate software releases. Help monitor platform performance and raise alerts about potential system-wide issues. Work alongside the
sales network and distributors
to position Corvina as a key solution in digital transformation strategies. Provide
pre-sales technical guidance , including solution design, demonstrations, and POCs. Participate in customer meetings, webinars, trade shows, and industry events to
promote the Corvina platform . Train internal teams and partners on the value proposition and capabilities of Corvina. Support the execution of
regional go-to-market strategies
for Corvina. Actively contributes to increasing adoption of Corvina by driving: VPN connections Edge node activations New customer onboarding Qualifications
Required: 24 years of experience in
technical support ,
solutions engineering , or
technical product management , preferably in industrial automation or IIoT. Strong knowledge of
networking fundamentals
(VPN, firewalls, NAT, IP routing, etc.) Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or similar) and communication protocols for data collection (MQTT, OPC UA). Comfortable working in a Linux shell environment to troubleshoot Internet connectivity issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions and documentation. Preferred: Experience with
HMI / SCADA / PLC
systems Familiarity with
Corvina ,
JMobile , or other Exor product lines Exposure to
Docker ,
Linux , or
REST APIs
