Vitality Bowls
Responsibilities:
Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.
Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.
Address upset customers and resolve food-related issues politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and correctness, issuing refunds when necessary.
Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery timeliness, and low stock items.
Check daily petty cash and visit the bank for change if needed.
Restock the register nightly with correct change.
Provide feedback to managers/owners about employees' strengths, weaknesses, and dependability.
Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.
Attend management meetings.
Propose new ideas for improving efficiency and safety, including new recipes.
Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.
Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an informative manner.
Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
Provide excellent customer service, including being positive, polite, and informative, while giving accurate wait times.
Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.
Possess thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following them to prepare food timely and safely.
Prep food according to proper procedures.
Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby thoroughly.
Put away deliveries and maintain organization.
Wash dishes and store them appropriately.
Communicate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and timely.
Deliver food to customers.
Inform managers about schedule changes and days off in a timely manner.
Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.
Complete all opening and closing duties.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
Follow sanitation guidelines.
Stock and rotate food.
Adhere to safety procedures.
Implement cost-cutting measures.
Work collaboratively as a team.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
Requirements:
Become food certified.
Ability to operate a basic computer and POS system; handle cash and credit cards.
Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, and work with a sense of urgency.
Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
Arrive with a positive attitude and work well with others.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
