Expectations for Success

Rotational Experience:

Gain exposure to various departments within our company, including Front Desk Operations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and more.

Leadership Training:

Participate in interactive training sessions focused on leadership skills, communication, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.

Project Management:

Take the lead on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and enhance guest satisfaction.

Coaching & Mentorship:

Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from senior leaders to help you develop a tailored career growth plan.

Customer Experience Excellence:

Play a pivotal role in enhancing our guest experience by implementing innovative solutions and identifying areas for improvement.

Strategic Exposure:

Work closely with senior leadership to learn about the strategic direction of the company and how operational decisions impact the overall business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + Strong Bonus Program

$64,000-$75,000 Base Salary

Performance based bonus potential of up to $500.00 monthly
