Palermo's Pizza . Located in Milwaukees Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state?of?the?art manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters. Our high?tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on?site bakery to produce best?in?class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24?hour shipping and receiving facility. Our Warehouse team is responsible for making the plant efficient through keeping the lines running, the storage and dock areas clear, and ensuring we meet and exceed daily pizza production goals while maintaining high standards for people and food safety. Hours are predominantly 1st to 2nd shift hours. You support inventories for all operations 7 days a week. Responsibilities
Support our warehouse and production teams by performing inventory cycle count and adjustments. Providing direction and instruction to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform in depth investigation for any discrepancies and make necessary adjustments. Communicate with all departments on any inventory inaccuracies. Reinforce, coach and mentor teams on the importance of following all food and people safety rules as well as safe forklift operating procedures. Participate in the training events around rules, regulations, safety, and job expectations. Participate in CI projects to resolve challenges and improve efficiencies.
Success Criteria
Proven ability to safely lead your team through following all food and people guidelines. Utilizing knowledge from your 4?6 years experience with supervising teams in a food manufacturing freezer/warehouse environment to coach and develop your team. Utilizing knowledge of warehouse processes and food manufacturing to maintain inventory accuracy. Organized and methodical approach to determine supply needs to meet daily production schedules and successfully addressing challenges as they arise. Inspired leader who motivates your team and encourages and supports their growth and success. Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermos team succeeds.
