Sheet Metal Roofer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Sheet Metal Roofer with specialized experience in trim work and decorative metal applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installing, fabricating, and repairing sheet metal roofing systems on commercial buildings, with a strong eye for aesthetics and precision in decorative finishes. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial sheet metal roofing systems including standing seam, flat seam, and custom profiles. Fabricate and install architectural trim, flashing, coping, and decorative metal elements such as cornices, finials, and custom panels. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and metal forming equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers. Ensure proper waterproofing and weatherproofing techniques are applied. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to meet design and structural requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues. Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience with sheet metal specialization. Proven expertise in trim and decorative metalwork. Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate custom components. Familiarity with various metals: copper, aluminum, galvanized steel, zinc. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
