Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed and maintain floor cleanliness and organization. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety and reduce shrink. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs; strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and respond to changes or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred. Benefits
