Our client is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department and assist in the assembly of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work as a team which will align successfully with the organization's goals. Location: Peabody, MA (facility is relocating to Salem, NH soon) Pay Range: $21 - $24/hour based on experience Schedule: Flexible start time (6AM-7AM) with every other Friday off! Assemble and disassemble top-level and sub-level components using method sheets, blueprints, and diagrams. Use hand and power tools to build high-voltage power supplies, RF modules, and other medical devices. Read and follow engineering drawing and updates. Work with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy. Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines (OSHA, FDA, CDC). What's Needed?
2+ years of electromechanical assembly experience (preferred) Comfortable working with pneumatic systems, including installation and troubleshooting of compression fittings. Attention to detail, the ability to build to bill of materials or assembly drawings, and proficiency in using hand and power tools are essential. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
