Responsibilities for Project Manager - DSA - Construction in Long Beach: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to DSA guidelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project teams.
