Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our full marketing technology stack, ensuring compliance with global marketing and data privacy regulations, and supporting account-based marketing (ABM) operations.
Location and Reporting This position is based in Jersey City and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations. It is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our headquarters.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the full marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and performance across platforms
Lead ABM operations, including audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with global marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and cookie consent management
Oversee email marketing compliance and best practices, including opt-in/opt-out processes and preference center management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain marketing compliance frameworks
Manage marketing operations projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Support budget planning and tracking for marketing technology and operations initiatives
Analyze and report on marketing operations performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing operations tools and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B or enterprise environment
Proven experience managing and optimizing a full marketing technology stack (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, CDPs, CRMs)
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, tools, and execution
Successful implementation of AI based workflows within a martech stack or related area
Demonstrated knowledge of global marketing compliance standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and cookie consent frameworks
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex marketing operations initiatives on time and within budget
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, sales, and product marketing
Proficiency in documenting complex processes, system integrations, and workflows including translating
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
