and help create memorable experiences for our members across our national club portfolio. The role focuses on event coordination, member communication, and social media engagement to keep guests connected and satisfied. Job Summary
This position coordinates the event calendar, manages event registrations, and supports club event setup. The Coordinator also manages social media channels and supports communications that promote events and drive member engagement. Reporting Structure
Reports to the Member Experience Director, Member Experience Manager, or General Manager, depending on club staffing. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Support new member onboarding, programming, and communication and retention efforts. Coordinate event registration, prepare materials, and assist with event set‑up. Capture event photos, send thank‑you cards, and send personalized postcards to invite members. Conduct welcome calls, manage birthday/anniversary lists. Manage social media activities: create, respond to posts, and maintain the event calendar on all channels. Update marketing materials—posters, table tents, digital displays. Maintain event and registration info in MembersFirst and promote events through club communication channels. Support At Risk and Early Tenure Management calls, data entry into tracking systems (Member 360). Assist with processing resignations and follow‑up communications. Collaborate with department heads to create an annual club event calendar and serve on member committees. Additional Duties
Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management. Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence. Follow safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Pursue personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications. Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams. Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role (preferred). Service‑oriented mindset that values each member and guest. Friendly, positive, can‑do attitude. Strong verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional phone demeanor. Exceptional listening and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Collaborative team spirit and positive attitude. Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods. Work in varying temperatures and environments; potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases. Climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold as needed. Effective communication and visual, hearing acuity. Primary Tools & Equipment
Computer, keyboard, telephone, copier, and general office supplies. Work Schedule
