Job Description
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business leads through
market research, networking, and outreach .
Stay informed about
chemical industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments .
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and execute outbound strategies to achieve
sales growth and revenue goals .
Collaborate with internal teams, including
sales, marketing, and product development .
Represent the company at
industry events, trade shows, and conferences .
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and performance reports.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new leads, expand presence in existing markets, and close new (and stale) deals that can contribute to growth.
Other Relevant Points
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects. Conduct some in-person visits to understand needs, present solutions, and offer product support.
Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and negotiate pricing
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics à about 20/day (100/week)
Collaborate with various (regional) teams to develop and deliver unique solutions that meet various needs. Maintain a working relationship with internal departments (customer service, purchasing, operations) to ensure fulfillment and issue resolution
They have various sales/bdev reps throughout the US (Miami;Philly;Dallas;Midland)
Through various channels, including research, networking, and creative outreach tactics.
Maintain a steady process of accurate record-keeping of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead conversion status using ZOHO CRM tools or in-house tracking systems à

Qualifications
Proven success in
sales or business development .
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Knowledge of the
chemical industry and products
strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Chemistry, or related field .
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
Strong
analytical and strategic planning
skills.
Technical understanding of chemical regulations and applications is a plus.
