IAM Practice Architect
The IAM Practice Architect serves as a senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor to our clients, offering both technical and non-technical guidance on a wide range of IAM topics. You will lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, consult on best practices, and support implementation teams across complex global environments. This role requires deep IAM domain expertise, the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders, and the flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients to understand their identity and access needs, business drivers, and security challenges. Deliver on outcome based IAM engagements. Design scalable, secure, and robust IAM architectures tailored to client environments and business objectives. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on IAM strategy, tools, governance, risk management, and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and client executives to deliver on outcome based IAM engagements. Evaluate and recommend IAM platforms and technologies based on client requirements. Develop and maintain architectural standards, templates, and documentation. Support pre-sales efforts, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and implementation teams. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
20+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a strong background in solution design and architecture. Expertise in IAM technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Ping, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Thycotic, Active Directory, LDAP). Expertise in IAM solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in authentication and authorization technologies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO). Expertise in privileged access management solutions and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate IAM processes. Preferred Qualifications
Platform certifications in one or more IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint IIQ or IDN, Ping, CyberArk, Okta, etc). Experience in cloud IAM architectures (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM). Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Consulting or professional services experience. Skills

The pay range for this position is $148200.00 - $222400.00/yr. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
