Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will support planning and execution of transmission and distribution projects by collaborating with various stakeholders to determine project feasibility, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, reviewing engineering estimates, approving baseline budgets, and coordinating outage plans to avoid conflicts. The engineer will prepare analyses and reports to track project progress and support financial setup and rate filings. Additional duties include reviewing change requests, attending planning meetings, and providing informal mentoring and training to portfolio engineers on T&D design and project management best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) and 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's in Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited) with FE certification and 3+ years of experience, or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience. Up to 6 years of T&D experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Estimated Min Rate: $50.00 Estimated Max Rate: $59.40 Benefit eligibility is in accordance with applicable laws and client requirements.
